Nelda.com is a multifaceted company—we’re a philanthropy organization, a startup incubator, an education publisher and we’re also a media company. To pull all this off we need a talented set of individuals with deep experience and diverse, multidisciplinary skills. But most of all, we act as a family with the strong shared passion of bringing Nelda’s mission to life.
Chief of Staff
Jenn translates Nelda’s vision into reality. Responsible for Nelda’s entire portfolio, she oversees all aspects of the business including strategy, execution, marketing and staffing. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Jenn has held executive positions at Microsoft, Adobe and most recently, Publicis Groupe, as Global Executive Vice President of Partner & Strategic Development. Through innovation and collaboration, Jenn drives Nelda.com to not only grow, but to thrive.
Lonna’s diverse career of 23 years, brings a variety of experience to her role of overseeing operations for all of Nelda.com’s projects and business interests. From Vice President of Technology for a Goldman Sachs subsidiary managing multi-million dollar projects, to implementing process improvements as well as proven methodologies in various companies. Lonna’s vast background spans from R&D, product development to solutions architecture, and everything in between.
Natasha oversees all aspects of Nelda’s audio, video and event production. She brings 35 years of entertainment experience (producing, writing, performing, choreography) to the team—from award-winning TV production (WCVB-TV, WSB-TV, CNN, Metro Media Corp.) to Broadway, as a producer of the musicals The Prom and Half Time. Her performing highlights include Cats, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, and MGM Fame (to name a few). Natasha is also on faculty at the University of Texas Austin.
Susan manages editorial content for Nelda.com. She has worked in publishing and communications for more than 20 years — first on the copy desk of a daily newspaper and most recently at Manning Publications, O’Reilly Media, and The Pragmatic Bookshelf. Her recent projects in addition to Nelda.com, include editing for Brave Living, and MIT Sloan Management Review.
With a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, Bryce brings his strong research and editorial skills, and his passion for education, to the Nelda.com team. Charged with developing strategic content and pedagogy, Bryce draws on his experience as a senior thesis program director and consultant. Bryce is dedicated to renewing education and is a co-founder of Waterloo School, a new high school in Austin.
